Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping at InviteSpecial. We take great pride in our digital products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Since our products are digital and downloadable goods, they are deemed "used" immediately after purchase/download. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is made, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds in the following technical cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical glitch.
  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you successfully paid but did not receive the access link or download option, and our support team fails to restore access within 24 hours.
  • Major Technical Defect: If the template file is corrupted or technically unusable, and our support team cannot fix the file for you.

Note: We do not grant refunds for "change of mind", "purchased by mistake", or "didn't like the design after purchase". Please view the preview demo carefully before buying.

3. Timeframe for Refunds

You must submit a refund request within 7 days of your original purchase. Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Order Cancellation

As our system processes orders instantly, cancellation is generally not possible once the payment is successful and the digital product access has been delivered.
