1. Digital Products Only

InviteSpecial is a platform exclusively for digital products (invitation templates, video invitations, etc.). We do not sell or ship physical goods. As such, there are no shipping charges and no physical delivery times associated with your purchase.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital product(s).

• Instant Access: You can access your templates directly from your "My Orders" or "Dashboard" section on our website.
• Email Confirmation: An email containing the purchase details and access link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Since our products are digital and automated:

• Access is typically instant occurring within moments of a successful transaction.
• In rare cases of system delays, please allow up to 15-30 minutes for the email notification to arrive.

4. Issues with Access

If you have successfully completed the payment but haven't received access to your product or the confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If it's still missing, please contact our support team immediately.
